| Comments: comments: Sunshine '71 Festival This is the first show as the new lineup of Lowell George, Bill Payne, Paul Barrere, Richie Hayward, Kenny Gradney and Sam Clayton In Honolulu in the early 70's music/culture festivals were held inside of Diamond Head Crater. The following is a report from a fan who attended the show:"I had never heard of Little Feat before. They were introduced as ex-members of The Mothers of Invention & Capt. Beef-heart's band. They played right before Santana and Buddy Miles. My memory is that they seemed way out of place in Hawaii with their overcoats, Frye boots and big floppy hats. They looked hot."
